What I will be working on:
My physics analysis work is focused on searches for exotic particles the decays of which involve top quarks. I currently play a leading role in the search for a heavy partner of the top quark with charge 5/3 which decays into a top quark and a W boson. I also participate in the searches for a t' quark and a W' boson. For detector work, I serve as the liaison between the Trigger Studies and Data Acquisition groups. I build the online version of the CMS software framework, maintain the machines used to validate menus of the High Level Trigger and also serve as one of the on-call experts for the latter.
