What I will be working on:

In 2017, I will continue to search for the new physics beyond the standard model in the pp collision data at centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. In the framework of the supersymmetric scenarios, I am working on an inclusive analysis to search for gluinos as well as a targeted search for stop quark search using jets and missing transverse energy.

My role in CMS past and present:

In September 2016, I started a two-year term as convenor of the jets and missing transverse energy (JetMET) physics object group at CMS. I have co-led the inclusive searches group of the CMS SUSY program during Jan 2014 - Dec 2015. I have been working on HCAL performance tasks and have briefly led the efforts in HCAL performance studies and data analysis group during Jan 2016-Sep 2016.
