Greg Landsberg
Works on searches for new physics and exotic Higgs decays, as well as dark matter searches. Contributes to L1 HCAL trigger and 25 ns reconstruction studies, as well as the physics case for the forward calorimeter upgrade via HGCAL.
Presently convening the HCAL Detector Performance Group ensuring HCAL readiness for Run 2 and serving as a CMS Publication Committee Deputy Chair. CMS Physics Coordinator 2012-2013 - responsible for the entire CMS Physics program, culminating in the Higgs boson discovery in 2012 and observation of the Bs(uu) rare decay in 2013. CMS Exotica Group convener 2009-2010 - responsible for the first results and publications based on the 2010 LHC run, which significantly extended limits on various models of new physics.
