LPC AI Fellows - 2021

Matteo Cremonesi ...deployment of graph neural networks (GNNs) on field-programmable gate arrays (FPGAs) ... CMS L1 trigger upgrade ... applications of GNNs for missing transverse momentum (MET) reconstruction ... searches for dark matter ...
Raghav Kansal ... ML-based fast simulation software ... exploring ML techniques for reconstruction, compression, and anomaly detection ... boosted Higgs to WW tagger ...
Jean-Roch Vlimant As senior LPC AI fellow, I will pursue work on graph neural network models for event reconstruction and simulation, in particular towards integration to CMS production workflows. This work will find synergies with other machine learning activities at the LPC, Fermilab, CERN and world-wide.
