My work focuses on searches for new physics using fully hadronic final states with the CMS experiment, including top quark pair resonances, vector-like quarks, and dark matter particles.
I contribute to the development and implementation of specialized jet substructure algorithms, used for identification of highly-boosted objects such as top quarks, W, Z, and Higgs bosons, as needed in these searches. I also contribute to the operation of the cathode strip chamber (CSC) muon detector system, ensuring the efficient reconstruction of muons in the forward portion of the CMS detector.
