Since 2019 I have been working on searches for heavy resonances decaying in ttbar pairs. I am also involved in precision top measurements like the charge asymmetry of boosted top quark pairs. My work is focused on top physics and my plan is to use precision measurements as a tool to search for physics beyond the SM. I am also working on the CMS Inner tracker phase 2 upgrade, specifically testing modules and studying different kinds of sensors.
I am currently a postdoc at the University of Illinois Chicago. I started working on CMS as a graduate student at Florida Tech in 2013. I have worked on precision top physics measurements as graduate student and continue on that path now as a postdoc. I have also been involved in CMS subdetector upgrades first on HCAL as a student and now on the pixel detector as a postdoc.
