Planned work is on Effective Field Theory analyses, testing and upgrades to X2O for the new backend for Cathode Strip Chambers, on-demand column-joining (including extensions with native Object Stores), and some work with Smart Pixels.
I’ve conducted one search for four-top production, included in the CMS evidence result [1], and was involved in testing and commissioning the Cathode Strip Chambers for the LS2 upgrade, serving two years as CSC’s deputy Run Coordinator. Since 2022 I was working on the Global Track Trigger, responsible for vertex-finding and track-only backup reconstruction at L1, as well as acting as the SUS BTV Contact until this Fall. I’ve been leading an electroweak SUSY analysis looking for production in a Z(ll)H(bb) + MET final state, combining Run II and Run III. As a postdoctoral researcher, I’ve conducted two HL-LHC software R&D projects, one integrating Inference as a Service with coffea [2], and another on exploring on-demand column-joining within the scikit-hep ecosystem [3]. I’ve built frameworks in both RDataFrame and coffea, and have frequently taught tutorials on scikit-hep and ML [4,5,6,7], and can be found assisting people with questions in the various fora.
